To get down to the nit and gritty, my name is Yin and I am an undergraduate student at the University of Kentucky. I am currently pursuing a B.A. in Psychology, and I am on track for graduate school in psychology. I am also an undergraduate researcher for the P20 Motivation & Learning Lab at UK, as well as a Chair for UK Mountain Cats—a program in the Center for Community Outreach that promotes connections between UK students and students in Appalachia.
I grew up in a small town in eastern Kentucky that is very near and dear to my heart. Most of my readers are most likely from my hometown. I love to write, and that’s why I have started this blog. I mostly blog about college, organization, planning, my hometown, and life experiences along the way. Seeing as I am fairly young, it may be a bit much! I am sure you will get to know me more through my posts—but fair warning, I do have a lame sense of humor and I’m a little bit of a nerd.
Lastly, I wanted to say that I am grateful for every single read, or even “click” onto my page. I want you to know that I appreciate you taking the time to step into my life, even for just a moment. I hope that you enjoy reading as much as I have enjoyed writing.
Thanks for reading,
